By playing Film Cue, you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain language — please read them.

The Game

Film Cue is a free, browser-based multiplayer card game. No account, download, or payment is required to play. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the game at any time without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play or manipulate matches
  • Exploit bugs or game mechanics in ways that were clearly unintended
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our servers
  • Use the game for any unlawful purpose

We may block access for any user or IP address that violates these rules.

Intellectual Property

All game content — including the rules, card designs, artwork, code, and the Film Cue name — is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the game without written permission.

Playing the game doesn't grant you any ownership of or rights to our intellectual property.

No Warranty

Film Cue is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We don't guarantee the game will be available at all times, free of bugs, or suitable for any particular purpose. You play at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Film Cue. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to zero dollars, since the game is free.

Privacy

Your use of Film Cue is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited data we collect and how we handle it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
